Since the news of Coronavirus first broke, Carrier Centers’ focus has been on protecting the health and wellbeing of our employees, families, customers, suppliers and the communities we service. Like most organizations, our emphasis has been on preparedness.
Our hearts and thoughts go out to the people who have been affected by this unprecedented event. We appreciate the healthcare workers, first responders, truck drivers, frontline staff, and government officials around the world who are working tirelessly to contain the coronavirus.
Please know that we too are vigilantly monitoring the COVID-19 situation around the clock. Carrier Centers’ team of professionals has been mobilized to support the movement of essential goods and supplies across the Country. Maintenance facilities across Southwestern Ontario will remain open providing quality service, mobile maintenance, and small warranty repairs at your location.
All technicians and front line employees have been encouraged to use proper protective equipment (PPE) including rubber gloves, masks, and wiping down surfaces including counter, steering wheels, seats, and doors to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
We have expanded our on-line presence in recent weeks to further encourage social distancing through the use of e-mail, video conferencing, and telephone. Our sales people are readily available to assist you with all of your essential purchasing needs but like many organizations the Carrier sales team will be practicing social distancing by working from home.
